Fooyin's core values are professionalism, caring, vision, and elegance. Fooyin has been one of the primary trainers of nurses in the country for more than half a century. Over time, the university has established other departments in the science and humanities to meet industry’s requirements for job readiness. The department of Information Management and the Degree Program of Information Technology were established in 1999 and 2007 under the direction of the College of Humanities and Management, respectively. In line with our government’s policies for industrialization, development, and talent cultivation, the two departments were integrated to the Department of Information Technology and Management in 2017. The educational goal of this department is to cultivate the integrated talents of mobile e-commerce and the Internet of Things. Currently, the department is made up of both a four-year day-time program and an evening program.
